Terms of Service

By using the laundry and garment care service (the "Service") provided by SONIQ Sdn. Bhd. ("we" or "Company"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms govern the rights and obligations between the Company and you regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service is a subscription-based garment care service that provides washing, drying, and finishing for clothing, shoes, bags, and other items. Pickup and delivery are free.
Article 3 (Acceptable Items)
3.1 The following items are accepted for the Service:
・Everyday clothing
・Pet sheets
・Bags
・Shoes
・Other garments and textile products used in daily life
3.2 The following items are NOT accepted:
・Luxury brand items (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Chanel, and other high-value designer brands)
・Other items deemed by the Company to be luxury goods
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, you must not:
・Make false declarations
・Violate any laws or regulations
・Cause damage to the Company or third parties
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
Fees are based on a monthly subscription. Please refer to the pricing page for details.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by your intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The Company may not be liable for changes that may naturally occur to garments due to washing, such as color fading or shrinkage, within normal limits.
Article 7 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms shall take effect upon publication on this website.
